The movement by renowned maker Honoré de Pons. The case of patinated bronze trimmed with gilt bronze. Figure of the Roman emperor Justinian, one arm resting on his codex of the laws of Rome. Eight-day silk-suspension movement, striking on a bell. A very fine clock.
